Notebook contains handwritten entries in Dutch; scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings, postcards, advertising material and other ephemera, with some annotations. Also included are loose Dutch-language newpaper and journal pages from the Oranje, Die Suiderstem, and Nieuwsberichten; a handwritten poem (also in Dutch); and an advertising pamphlet for the Victoria Palace hotel in Melbourne.
