Form (in Dutch) from the Dutch Relocation Foundation declaring that the Perdon family needed assisted passage in order to migrate to Australia, dated July 1952. The form has been completed by hand with the name of Theodorus Perdon, his birthdate, address, the birth dates of his three children and the destination 'Australia.' This item belonged to Johanna and Theodorus Perdon who migrated to Australia from the Netherlands in 1952 with their three children Ricky (Hendrika), Bill (Wilhelmus) and Theo (Theodorus).
