Description from source	0.1cm, Printed and original ms. Form letter to Dr O. Finsch, March 26th 1886, written in German. Friedrich Hermann Otto Finsch, 1839-1917. In 1884 he was appointed Bismarck's imperial commissioner to New Guinea, the administration of the territory of New Guinea was entrusted to the German New Guinea Company (Deutsche Neu-Guinea Compagnie).
