Description from source	1 cm. (5 v.) Copies of German-English shipboard newsletters published on the Nelly between 1 September and 23 September 1950. The ship was chartered by the International Refugee Organisation to transport post-war German-speaking emigrants to Australia, leaving Europe 22 August 1950. Includes descriptions of life and events on board ship; contains English language lessons; explains the life, work and social conditions to be expected in Australia.
