Eftihia Vlattas moved from Leros island to Drymmone, Sydney to marry the tailor Michael Vlattas (1955) on a pre-arranged marriage agreement

The couple had only seen each other photos before Eftihia decided to move to Australia to marry Michael Newspapers describe them as a happy couple and it was a notable event for the Greek community
