Includes index. Title translated into English: Overview of harbours within the Greater East Asian Co-prosperity Sphere. Bibliography: p.[7]-[8] (1st group) This work provides a reference for all harbours within the Greater East Asian Co-prosperity Sphere. It includes details of each harbor’s location, wharves, unloading facilities, main cargo, and conditions. The preface explains that such a study is needed because of the requirements of sea transport once the Co-prosperity Sphere is enlarged and completed. Such harbours would be used to transport raw materials. The book includes an appendix that describes harbours outside the scope of the Co-prosperity Sphere, such as in Eastern and South Africa and the Middle East. Australia and New Zealand, however, are treated as countries in Southeast Asia. |
