Abstract	Notes by Leichhardt on books and periodicals which he read from 23 June 1832 to 1833. Most of the notes relate to Greece, Rome, Cathage and other parts of the ancient world, with an emphasis on the theatre. The language is mainly German, with some Latin and Greek.
