Navy Harbour” and 3 pressed leaves inscribed “Compliments of the season, 1916-1917”. Envelope is postmarked Capetown, 20 Nov. 1916, addressed to R.J. Sands, Lieut.-Gen., Commandant Concentration Camp, Liverpool, Sydney.
