Abstract	Suomi Newspaper was established in 1926 as an information and news bulletin for the Finns in Australia and New Zealand. It began its operations in Melbourne, and moved in 1938 to Brisbane, and from there in the end of 1970s to Canberra. Since 1985 the paper has again been published in Melbourne.
